Refunds and Exchange
Domestic Policy (Australia Wide)
At Amazen! we are happy to refund, exchange or credit items for any reason provided the item is in the same condition as new.
All refunds are issued in the same payment method used for the initial payment. Items purchased with a gift card, will be issued a new gift card to the value of the return.
Return - in store - must include: Proof of purchase
Return - mailed - for a refund must include:
- Proof of purchase and your full name and reason for return
Return - mailed - for an exchange must include:
- Proof of purchase and your full name & new product
We will contact you via phone or email to confirm.
Once your goods have been received by us, we will inspect your return or exchange. Returns/exchanges are processed within 5 business days of Amazen! receiving your items.
Defective Product
We at Amazen! are committed to providing you with quality products and outstanding service. We are happy to offer a refund, exchange or credit items that are deemed defective by us at Amazen! The criteria for assessment can include condition of item.
Amazen! holds the right to refuse any refund, exchange or credit if the item/s are deemed to not meet the above outlined policy or are not in line with the Australian Government rules for refunds and exchanges.
